漂浮雪糕咖啡(Coffee Float)食譜

材料: 濾紙、濾杯、咖啡粉、果糖30 CC、雪糕1球、冰塊1杯、熱水200 CC

做法:

  1. 將濾紙折成立體,放入濾杯中;
  2. 加入咖啡粉;
  3. 用熱水200 cc用劃圓的方法,直到咖啡開始滴落壺中,暫停加水,開始悶煮20秒,之後再將剩餘的水均勻加完;
  4. 杯中先加滿冰塊,將熱咖啡加入杯中;
  5. 加入適量果糖;
  6. 疊上一球雲呢拿雪糕,即完成。
