咖啡果凍食譜

材料: 水 1300cc、幼砂糖150克、啫哩粉30克、即溶咖啡10克

做法:

  1. 取一小鍋倒入水,水滾後加入咖啡粉,轉小火;
  2. 砂糖跟啫哩粉先拌勻再加入水中,拌勻加入咖啡粉中煮,溶化即可;
  3. 果凍液趁熱倒入模形中,待涼放入冰箱;
  4. 食用時取出淋上花奶即可。
