Organized by the Hong Kong Barista Association, It is the Asia’s first ever Street Barista Jam is happening in Hong Kong this weekend. More than 20 barista will showcase their talent in the art of coffee.

Date: 30 Jan 2011 (SUNDAY)
Time: 7-9pm
Location: Mongkok Pedestrian Area, Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Mongkok, Kowloon.

Van Lin, the famous coffee star from Taiwan and El Au, Hong Kong Grand Barista Champion will perform and do an espresso demo. After that, professional baristas will gather for a mini-tournament. There will be free coffee to the public and you can vote for your favourite barista.

If you, at this time think you can make a better coffee or simply want to get your hands on the professional espresso machine, you can play with the the machine and pour yourself a cup of coffee.
