“Our hope is that one day the consumers will understand what he is drinking”. ~ Black Gold

As one of the organizers of the HK Sustainable Coffee Forum I’ve already seen the movie and that’s a quote which really stood out for me. Yes, I’m drinking coffee, but I’m also doing much more than that. I am supporting a system, and a way of thinking and organizing.

I found the realization that as a consumer, a lover of coffee, that I can make a difference and change the world through my purchasing decisions, empowering and liberating. Because making better decisions makes me feel better about the way I live, and I know it makes a difference to those who depend on my decisions.

My name is Paul and I hope you’ll be able to join us this Sunday for a lively inquiry, discussion and learning experience. Not only are we going to be talking about coffee but we’re also going to be introducing in a social context a way to understand and design systems.

Systems thinking helps you achieve more in less time and has benefits way beyond your love of coffee… at work and home.

So please reserve your seat, and I’ll see you on Sunday!
