    Dear Madam,

It would be great to read more of ‘About us’ column of the start of the website, the author. Also, for the coffee shops, would be great if it was categorized into areas of HK so we could check up your website if we want to find coffee in a specific area under your recommended shops.

Overall, a good website for coffee lovers in HK!

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working on a project about coffee culture. But it’s difficult to find a specific definition for the word ‘coffee culture’. Can you help by providing a chinese definition of ‘coffee culture’?

    Many thanks.

    Hi All,

I wanna ask: are there any coffee shops in Hong Kong that sell kinds of internationally renowned coffee powders/beans? If any, could you kindly tell me the detailed address asap?

    Thanks a lot.

    • What is “internationally renowned coffee” are you reffering to? Which origin and variety of beans are you looking for?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Year 4 student major in Language and Communication in Centennial College. I am recently doing the final year capstone feature writing project about the recent trend of coffee. I would like to invite you to have an email interview about the views on coffee culture and the coming coffee trend (e.g. flavored coffees and coffee-infused cocktails) in Hong Kong. As your association aims to promote coffee culture and knowledge, your views can provide more in-depth information for this article. The interview can be conducted in Chinese or English. It would take about 15-20 minutes to finish the interview. All the information collected will be used for academic purpose only.

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your kindly consideration.

    Yours faithfully,
    Karen
